Search for adverts

You can search and view the adverts for both UK and International registrations under the Madrid Protocol in a number of ways, via the indexes shown on the left hand side of the screen. Each index provides the same information but the adverts will be sorted in the following ways:

• Word index - All marks containing a word are included in this index and the marks ordered alphabetically.
• Image index - All marks, which contain an image, are included in this index and the marks ordered numerically.
• Class index - This index will initially "open" to show all marks in Class 1. Underneath will be a list of classes and clicking on the class you are interested in will show a list of all marks advertised in that class (the previous class list will "close" automatically).
• Proprietor index - This index is in alphabetical order of the Proprietor's name. This will allow you to see all marks filed by a given proprietor.
• Agent index - This follows the same principles as the Proprietor index but groups the marks according to the Agent who filed them
