Journal Publication and Registration Timetable

After your mark is published

The opposition period runs from the publication date of the Journal. Then there is a three-month period in which anybody may make observations on its acceptance or oppose its registration.

At the end of the opposition period

Provided that nobody has objected to it, your mark will automatically go forward into an electronic queue to become registered. We produce a registration certificate and send it to your address for service.

Timetable

The registration certificate is currently produced on the Friday 15 weeks from the date of publication. However, from Journal 6710 onward it will be produced 14 weeks from the date of publication. It will be posted as soon as possible to your address for service.
