You can give someone else permission to use your trade mark by granting them a licence.

You can use your trade mark as security for a loan. The mortgagor has a legal right in your trade mark until you repay the loan.

Enforcing
Display your rights
Displaying your rights may deter people from using your trade mark without permission.
Abroad (including import/export)
A United Kingdom registered trade mark only protects you in the UK, so make sure you are protected everywhere you want to trade.
Resolving disputes
If someone uses your trade mark without permission, you can stop them.
Counterfeiting of trade marks
If someone deliberately uses your registered trade mark, without your knowledge or consent, they may be guilty of the crime of counterfeiting.
