Licensing
You can get permission to use someone else’s trade mark provided they have granted you a licence to do so.
The terms of any licence are entirely a matter between you and the licensor, and we do not have any powers to investigate the validity of a licence.
You or the licensor should register the licence with us and we will record it in the register of trade marks.

change or cancel a
licence. There is no charge for this.
