Third party observations

At any point after we have processed someone else’s application for registration onto our records anyone can make what we call 'third party observations’.

You can tell us if you think that we accepted the application in error because we were not aware of all the relevant facts.

The making of third party observations is not a formal legal action, and we are not bound to act on them. We may, however, rely on evidence given in an observation to support any later objection to the application.
