How to apply: Registering your Design
You can apply for Registered Design protection by filling out the appropriate application form and paying the relevant fee. How much does it cost?

Please note you will need to send new copies of your representations for any designs on the DF2B and the design remaining on the original application.
Send us your application
Please send your application to our address below. You must include your completed DF2A and fee sheet forms, one copy of the illustrations of your design, and your fee. It is not advised to fax design applications as the loss of detail on your representations may affect the amount of protection you have, and you may lose your filing date if we have to ask for better images.
