If your design includes representations of certain protected symbols or other protected emblems or images, we will object to the registration unless you have permission to use these elements in your design.
These include:
- Royal arms, crowns or flags, or members of the Royal family

- Misleading or offensive use of flags of countries in the United Kingdom.
- Coats of arms subject to a grant of arms by the Crown.
