Appointing or changing an attorney or contact address

You can use the Patents Form 51 PDF document(18Kb) to appoint a company or patent attorney to deal with your application or any other complicated part of the procedures for you.

Patents Form 51 can also be used to alter your contact address or remove an existing contact address.

There is no fee for this.
