What if the applicant incorrectly declares that a document is held in PDAS?

If the Intellectual Property Office is informed by WIPO that the priority document is not available from PDAS the applicant will be informed within 5 working days of receipt of the notification from WIPO. The applicant will then have to furnish a paper copy of the priority document to the Intellectual Property Office, or ensure that the priority document is available from PDAS by the end of the relevant period.
