Can I use the SFD electronic filing module to subsequently request OFF participation?

Yes, but only if the original application was filed electronically using Web Filing or Electronic Online Filing (eOLF). You can do this by selecting the ‘Covering Letter’ option on Web Filing or eOLF and request the Intellectual Property Office to deposit the Priority Document with WIPO. You must also supply the name, address and e-mail address of the PDAS contact.
