Danish IP Marketplace
IP Marketplace
is a Danish government
initiative to enhance exploitation of IPR. It is a marketplace for patents, utility models, trademarks
and design and it is free to use. Registration is only required to list the IPR for sale or to list
needs and wants for IPR. It is also possible for free to receive information, within areas of interest,
on the latest patents, utility models, trademarks and designs that are advertised on the marketplace.
Patents and Utility Models
Patents are divided into seven categories. The advertised patent and utility model descriptions focus on the business potential of the advertised rights.
Trademarks
Trademarks are divided into categories that give a quick overview of the classes the trademark is registered under.
Designs
Designs can be found by searching on the description or Locarno classes. You can also seek design solutions on IP Marketplace.
The website
also provides
other relevant
tools and services.
