Publication coverage: 3 January 2007 (PDJ 6137) to 1 February 2012 (PJ 6402)
Newly published 'A' specifications are added on a weekly basis at or shortly after 13:00 (UK time) on the day of publication. This avoids the possibility of earlier publication dates in different time zones.

The Patents Publication Enquiry Service covers all GB applications published and granted after 3 January 2007 and all GB corrected documents published after 1 April 2010.

can access electronic copies of the majority of GB applications published prior to 3 January 2007
and GB patents granted after June 2002 through esp@cenet

If you require copies of GB applications published, granted or corrected which are unavailable within either the Publication Enquiry Service or Esp@cenet coverage these can be purchased in hard copy through our sales department.

Our Patents publication enquiry service is usually available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is our official publication means.
