How can I check if well known catch phrases have been registered as trade marks?

You can check whether phrases have been registered by using our trade mark search facility (214Kb).

Should you for some reason be unable to access this facility directly you can log onto our website and access our search facility by the following links - On the left hand side of the page, first click on 'trade marks', secondly click on 'on line services', thirdly click on 'find trade marks' and finally click on 'by text or image'. From here you will be able to make your trade mark enquiry.
