How do I register initials as a trade mark?

If I subsequently move these initials around in a different design and duplicate the original initials, would this also be protected under the same registration?

Marks consisting of two letters will normally be accepted unless there is a specific reason why a particular combination of letters would not be perceived as a trade mark.

In relation to your question about using these initials in a different combination and duplicating them, the two marks would then be visually different so would be seen as two separate trade marks. They would then have to be applied for individually ie. two separate applications.
