When do I need to renew my trade mark and how do I do this?

To maintain your trade mark rights you must renew on the 10th anniversary of the filing date and every 10 years after that.

You need to file a form TM11 with a fee of GBP £200. This covers renewal for one class only with a further GBP £50 for each additional class.
