Are there any other words that cannot be registered as trade marks?

Trade marks cannot be registered if they are offensive or against the law (for example, promoting illegal drugs). There are also 'specially protected emblems' which cannot be registered. For example:

• The Royal Crown
• The Olympic Symbol
• National flags or emblems of a country
