The application process
The application process can be split into the following sections:
- Step 1: Data Capture
- Step 2: Examination
- Step 3: Publication
How long does it take?
If the examiner doesn’t raise objections and it isn’t opposed, it will normally take around 6 months to become registered. If objections are raised, or if your mark is opposed, it can take longer.
