TM26(I) Application to declare invalid a registration or a protected trade mark (UK)

Valid from 28 February 2011

With effect from 28 February 2011, a new Form TM26(I) has been introduced which includes a number of additional questions in respect of claims made under section 5(3) of the Act, so as to bring it into line with the identical part of the Form TM7.

Please note that whilst the new forms will go live on Monday 28 February 2011, we will continue to accept the old forms for a further three month period expiring on 30 May 2011.
