Cancelling a trade mark

You can use the Form TM22 MS Word Document(75Kb) to surrender a mark in its entirety. Once it is surrendered it cannot be resurrected.  

There is no fee for this.

You must tell any persons who have a legal interest in your mark that you are going to give up these rights 3 months before you apply to surrender.
