Fill in Form TM33

To appoint or change an attorney or contact address you need to fill in form TM33. There is no charge for this.

You should also send us form TM33 PDF document(18Kb).

  • if you change or remove your attorney at any time, or
  • if you change the contact address which you have asked us to use

What happens next?

We will record the new details in the register of trade marks and write to confirm that we have done so.
