You can watch the progress of a United Kingdom (UK) case, and ask us to send you an e-mail when it changes, by signing up for our automatic caveat service.
We cannot tell you when the case changes for a particular reason. If you want to know that, then you should continue to use our paid caveat service.

Availability
The full service will usually be available during the UK times:
- Monday 00:00 to 22:00
- Tuesday-Friday 07:30 (or earlier) to 22:00
- Saturday 06:30 to 22:00
- Sunday 04:00 to 21:00 and 23:00 to 23:59. The service will be unavailable for two hours over the weekend period. This is usually between 21:00 and 23:00 on Sunday.
Details of Madrid and OHIM cases are available between 03:15 to 00:15 every day.
Details of these trade marks can be found using the WIPO or OHIM web sites.
Maintenance staff are available 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Problems outside these times may not be rectified until maintenance staff are next available.
