A guide to our electronic Trade Marks Journal
When you first access the Trade Marks Journal, you will be taken to the page for the most recent journal that has been published. This provides the following options:
- On-line adverts for both UK and International registrations under the Madrid Protocol.
- Printable versions of the lists of marks accepted for opposition purposes in PDF format for both UK and International registrations under the Madrid Protocol. These lists are in numerical order, however, at the end of the list for International registrations you will also find indexes in class order for both UK and International registrations.
Please note that the on-line electronic Journal is the official Trade Marks Journal. A printed list of marks accepted for opposition purposes is provided as an additional service.
- A compressed version of the Journal for use off line. This can be easily downloaded by following the on-screen instructions. Please note that it can take a while to load the image index.
- A PDF copy of the Journal Backpart.
Previous Trade Marks Journals contains copies of all the Journals published in the last 12 months.
