Workstream 1: Decision guide

The decision guide has two Steps:

• the first step focuses the user on identifying the issues that need to be covered in the collaboration agreement, helping them in their negotiations. Three key areas are considered in detail: ownership and the right to use the resultant IPRs; the contributions made by the industry partner; and, use of the results by the PRO for academic purposes.

• the second step makes sure that the cross-border issues have been covered effectively in the collaboration agreement. These issues are provided as a checklist.
