Summary

The application relates to a wheeled luggage case with a triple wheel assembly integrated at a bottom corner where the central wheel of the assembly protrudes below the two outer wheels. In use the case can be wheeled either balanced on the central wheel, or on two wheels so that one of the outer wheels also has rolling contact with the ground.

The Hearing Officer found the invention to lack an inventive step in light of the prior art. The application was refused.
