Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Learjet Inc., and Short Brothers Plc, the patent proprietors, under rule 10(2) of the Patent Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that James D Hawkins should be mentioned as joint inventor along with Harris Butler and Mihalis Veletas.
It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the granted patent for the invention.
