Summary

An uncontested application was filed by UTI Limited Partnership, the patent proprietor, under section 13(3). As a result, it was found that Severian Dumitriu should not have been mentioned as a joint inventor in respect of granted patent EP(UK)2222363. The decision serves as a certificate, in accordance with section 13(3) to this effect. It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared for the granted patent to reflect this finding.
