Summary
The invention relates to a method of producing a foodstuff in which low fat probiotic yogurt is used during a process in the manufacture of Murgh Makhani or butter chicken without the use of butter, cream, or other saturated fats.
The amended claims submitted during the hearing and additional amendments to the specification were deemed to add matter and could not be introduced as a correction or missing part of the application. The invention itself was found to lack an inventive step. The Hearing Officer refused the application under Section 18(3).
