Summary

An uncontested application was filed by the proprietor Biocompatibles UK Limited under section 13(3) of the Patents Act 1977. As a result, it was found that Sean Leo Willis, Matthew Dreher, Koorosh Ashrafi and Yiqing Tang should not be mentioned as joint inventors in the published patent application and granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip removing them as joint inventors be prepared for the published patent application and granted patent for the invention.
