We would like to apply for a trademark for the Phone Spot logo to protect our brand identity as we continue to grow. Phone Spot is the first of its kind in Scotland—a locally established mobile retail and repair business with a strong presence on high-footfall streets, including Princes Street in Edinburgh. Since launching, we have expanded to three additional branches and are now preparing to launch our e-commerce platform. As we scale both physically and digitally, it is essential to safeguard our logo, brand ethos, and reputation against unauthorised use or imitation. Trademarking the logo will ensure that our customers can continue to identify and trust the genuine Phone Spot service, while also allowing us to maintain consistency and credibility as we enter new markets.
