Trademark is for the use of the phrase 'Chocks Away' underneath the image of a Spitfire at a 90 degree angle to the words, with a description of the contents of the bottle, the percentage of the alcohol and the measurement of the contents.
Registration of this mark shall not give right to the exclusive use of the phrase 'Chocks Away', the use of the phrase 'premium quality' the use of the Spitfire aircraft as an illustrative image, except in the design provided or the naming of the contents of the container except or their measurements when used in conjunction with the illustrative image provided.
