Image for mark UK00004260386 ELEMNTS

The mark consists of five abstract polygonal outline devices arranged horizontally above the word “elemnts” in stylised lowercase lettering. The word “elemnts” is based on the SF Pro typeface, modified by applying a 5° manual shear to simulate italics, with reverse Fibonacci kerning applied from the initial “e” through to “n”, and regular spacing thereafter. From left to right, the polygonal devices are: (1) a three-sided polygonal ring formed by an outer perimeter with three rounded apexes and three mid-side inward cusps, and an inner perimeter of a concave three-sided polygon, creating a continuous annular device of uniform width; (2) a quadrilateral polygonal ring formed by an irregular outer perimeter with convex and concave distortions along each side and softened corners, together with an inner quadrilateral outline with inwardly curved sides, creating a continuous annular form; (3) a decagonal polygonal ring approximating a circle, with an outer perimeter comprising ten rounded convex nodes and an inner perimeter with corresponding inward curvature, producing a circular impression formed by multiple polygonal arcs; (4) a quatrefoil-like polygonal ring, the outer perimeter composed of four convex lobes alternating with concave recesses of irregular depth, paired with an inner quatrefoil outline of corresponding curvature, producing an abstract ornamental device; (5) a cross-shaped polygonal ring with four rounded lobes extending outward, joined by concave junctions, together with an inner cross outline of corresponding concave form, creating an annular cross-floral device. The mark is presented in black and white; colour is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
