The mark consists of a circular logo comprising three primary segments, the left-most element inhabiting the left side of the logo and approximating a teardrop shape bent inwardly to conform to the circle of the logo, the teardrop displaying a central lighter-shaded sickle shape; the second element comprising the bottom portion of the circle and comprising alternating stripes of white and gray suggestive of a field with rows; the third element positioned at the right side of the circle and comprising two broad bands, the right-most band being shaded beginning at the circle's periphery and extending approximately one third of the circumference, and the second band being roughly triangular in shape and filling in the gap in the center of the circle and bordering on two sides the teardrop and field elements.
