The mark consists of a large, stylised capital letter “X” rendered in a bold, distressed texture, positioned centrally against a solid black background. The letter “X” appears in white with roughened edges and scattered surface abrasions, giving it a weathered, industrial aesthetic. To the upper right of the “X,” the word “DOPE” appears in bold, uppercase, sans-serif lettering, also white in colour and featuring a lightly distressed surface consistent with the “X.”

Registration of this mark shall give no exclusive right to the descriptive or common word “DOPE” or to the letter “X” except as represented in the particular stylised form and overall composite design shown in the accompanying logo. Protection is therefore claimed for the specific artistic representation, arrangement, proportion, and distressed texture forming the distinctive “XDOPE” mark as a whole.
