Foods for special medical purposes (FSMP), namely nutritionally complete or nutritionally incomplete prepared whole-food meals, being chilled or frozen ready meals made from meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy products, nuts, seeds, legumes, fruit, vegetables and/or grains, for the dietary management of disease or medical conditions and to be used under medical supervision; prepared meals for medical purposes. None of the aforesaid being dietary or nutritional supplements; none of the aforesaid in the form of powders, tablets, capsules or beverages; none of the aforesaid being energy gels/drinks/bars, protein supplements, vitamin or mineral preparations, or meal-replacement drinks/bars.

Class 29

Chilled prepared ready meals consisting primarily of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy products, prepared nuts and seeds, prepared legumes, fruit and/or vegetables; prepared salads including vegetable salads and fruit salads; soups; high-protein ready meals; plant-based prepared meals; dairy-based dishes; none of the aforesaid being dietetic or adapted for medical use.

Class 30

Cereal-based prepared chilled ready meals consisting primarily of oats, barley, quinoa, buckwheat, rice, pasta and/or noodles; none of the aforesaid being snack foods, snack bars, confectionery, chocolate or chocolate-based products; none of the aforesaid being meal-replacement drinks or bars or powders; none of the aforesaid being protein-, vitamin- or mineral-enriched confectionery; none of the aforesaid being energy bars or powders; none of the aforesaid being for medical purposes.

Delivery of food and drink; delivery of prepared meals; chilled food delivery services.

Class 43

Preparation of food and drink; preparation of customised meals to meet dietary requirements; catering services; takeaway food services; provision of food and drink; meal subscription services providing prepared meals.

Class 44

Dietitian services; dietary and nutritional guidance; preparation of personalised nutritional plans; advisory services relating to nutrition.
