The mark for which a trademark registration is sought is a position mark which consists of five claimed features as applied to the front end of a vehicle in the configuration shown in the image. The five elements are: a front grille whose position is in the central part of the front face of a vehicle; two upper lights (and their surrounds) in the shape and position shown in the image; and, two lower lights (and their surrounds) in the shape and position also shown in the image. The other elements in the image, which appear with a blue overlay and blur effect are disclaimed – they are not part of the mark and serve only to show an example of the shape of the automobile on which the mark is fixed.
