Description of the Mark: The mark consists of the words 'COSMIC FATE' rendered in a highly stylised, three-dimensional font with a polished metallic appearance. Design Elements: The lettering is constructed with clean, geometric lines and tightly compressed kerning. The letter 'A' in 'FATE' is a unique, custom-designed geometric triangular form. Functioning as a visual substitute for the letter 'E' in 'FATE' is a stylised, brilliant white partial eclipse element, depicted as a dark circular form partially obscured to create a luminous crescent shape with an intense, hazy, pink, purple and violet glow. Positioned at the summit of the letter 'A' in 'FATE' is a proprietary light-flare element consisting of a brilliant white core emitting radiant pink and purple rays. These elements are intentional, source-identifying features of the mark. Visual Effects and Shading: The lettering features a complex gradient of rose-gold, silver, lavender, white and black to create a reflective, multi-tonal metallic finish. High-contrast highlights and deep shading define the 3D bevelled edges. The partial eclipse element features a soft-focus, luminous, pink, purple, and violet "halo" effect that bleeds into the surrounding space. The subtle drop shadowing visible in this representation is used solely to define the periphery of the mark against the white background for the purposes of this application; these shadows do not form part of the mark.
