“Lived Value” is Empact’s proprietary term for the value customers or citizens actually experience in real life when engaging with an organisation, product, service or AI-enabled interaction. It will be used for Empact’s consulting services, diagnostic methods, assessment tools and maps to the existing Lived Value Index™, which assess customer trust, outcomes, experience and commercial value.
