"The mark is a Position Mark. It consists of a rectangular hardware plate featuring the brand name 'THE BAD TASTE COMPANY' in a solid line format, styled exclusively in an all-capitals sans-serif typeface as illustrated in the drawing. The hardware plate is affixed centrally to the flat exterior bottom base of a handbag. The broken or dashed lines representing the body, handles, and strap of the handbag are purely illustrative of the environment and do not form part of the claimed trademark. Colour and specific material composition are not claimed as features of the mark."
