Summary

The invention relates to portable electronic devices having first and second display screens located on opposing major surfaces. The aim of the invention is to allow the user to be able to switch the display of content between the two display screens. The Hearing Officer accepted that the invention caused the device to operate in a new way that was technical and that the problem of being able to switch between screens was a technical problem that was solved by the invention. The claimed invention was therefore not excluded as a program for a computer as such nor did it relate to the presentation of information as such. The application was remitted back to the examiner to complete their examination.
