Summary

An uncontested application was filed by JTEKT Corporation, Koyo Machine

Industries Co Ltd, Togo Seisakusyo Corporation and Nissan Motor Co Ltd.

As a result, it was found that Tadakatsu Take should be named as a joint

inventor along with the five currently named inventors. It was also directed that

an addendum slip mentioning Tadakatsu Take as a joint inventor be prepared

for the granted patent for the invention.
