Summary

An uncontested application was filed by Compagnie Plastic Omnium, the patent

proprietor under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found

that Luzian Gawellek and Andreas Langer should be mentioned as joint

inventors along with Ondrej Salamon. It was also directed that an addendum slip

mentioning them as joint inventors be prepared to reflect this for the granted

patent for the invention.
