Summary

The invention relates to a multimedia message delivery platform for use in providing multimedia messages (MMS) to mobile communication devices, such as mobile telephones or PDAs. More specifically the invention utilises SMS messaging to determine when and what version of the MMS to be sent to mobile device. The hearing officer found the invention to be excluded as a computer program as such and as a method of doing business as such. An objection that the invention lacked an inventive step having regard to certain prior art was not sustained by the Hearing Officer.
