Summary

An uncontested application was filed by the proprietor Nihon Plast Co., Ltd under

rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Kenta Hioki,

Katsuhiko Imal and Nobukazu Kikuchi would be mentioned as a joint inventor in

the published and granted patent for the invention. Yasuhisa Masuda the exiting

named inventor has also consented to the addition of the three inventors. The

decision serves as a certificate to this effect. The Comptroller also directs that

an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the published and granted

patent for the invention.
