Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Xiamen Aquasu Electric Shower Co. Ltd the patent proprietor, under Section 37 of the
Patents Act 1977 and rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found
that DLP Ltd should be named as a co-proprietor in respect of patent GB2581239 and
that Robert Finch should be mentioned as a joint inventor.
It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the published
patent application and granted patent.
