Summary

An uncontested application was filed by Supply Point Systems Limited, the patent proprietor, under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Brandon Michael Warzecho and Jeff A. Wittich should have been mentioned as joint inventors along with Christopher Marriott and Iain Clark.

It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the published patent application for the invention.
