Summary

An uncontested application was filed by Johnson Matthey Public Limited Company, the patent proprietor, under rule 10(2) of the Patent Rules 2007. As a result, it was found that Dirk Aderhold should be mentioned as a joint inventor along with Guy Richard Chandler, Keith Anthony Flanagan, Paul Richard Phillips, Paul Stephen Schofield, Michael Leonard William Spencer and Hedley Michael Strutt.

It was also directed that an addendum slip be prepared to reflect this for the published patent applications and granted patents accordingly.
