Summary

The application concerns a cavity tray for installation in a cavity wall to direct moisture out of the cavity and prevent dampness. The examiner had objected to novelty in reliance on prior art under Section 2(3). The applicant provided an amended claim to be considered at the hearing along with three alternative options.
