Summary

An uncontested application was filed by the proprietors Jone Shou Industrial Co., Ltd., and Evolution Horseware Limited, under Section 13(1) of the Patents Act 1977. As a result, it was found that Michael Loveridge should be mentioned as a joint inventor in the published patent application and granted patent along with Chih-Shun Chang.
