Summary

An application under rule 10(2) of the Patent Rules 2007 was filed by Monsanto Technology LLC to mention Toni Armstrong, Shihshieh Huang and Xudong Ye as joint inventors. Kenneth Barton, Laura Crow, Larry Gilbertson, Yong Huang, Brian Martinell, Michael Petersen, Kenneth Piller, Qi Wang, Toni Armstrong, Shihshieh Huang and Xudong Ye subsequently filed written consent in support of the application. As such, the comptroller considered the application to be unopposed and found that Toni Armstrong, Shihshieh Huang and Xudong Ye should be mentioned as joint inventors in the granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning Toni Armstrong, Shihshieh Huang and Xudong Ye as joint inventors be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
