Summary

An uncontested application was filed by Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki Kaisha originally under section 13(1) of the Patents Act 1977 though the application was subsequently taken as filed under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007. It was found that that Steffen Nowotny and Siegfried Scharek should also be mentioned as joint inventors in relation to the granted patent for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning them as such be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
